Our Story
We’ve loved every minute of our journey
An Idea is Born
As she grew the coffeehouse into a full service catering company, she was looking at what else she could do, how could she grow the company. She began wholesaling some of their products locally to keep the staff busy during the slower hours of the day.
Now, Simple Bites, is producing thousands of fresh deli sandwiches, salads, fruit cups, veggie cups, hummus cups and desserts weekly.
Our Beginnings
Beth started her business as a small coffeehouse in East Boise in December 2002. It's All About You Catering is a full service catering company. They provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, special events and bar services. They are open 7 days per week and service several local contracts that keep them very busy.
She is a natural at marketing, public relations and change. She does not let the grass grow under her feet and is always looking for new growth. Her motto is " if I am comfortable then the business is not growing!"
